Chapter fifty three

It’s like I’m cursed by Mrs Stone to never have a nice time without worries. Only when I finally relaxed and thought I was having a lovely dinner, trying my very best to avoid stares from Phil and avoiding Damon’s face so I don’t accidentally spill my food because I’ll be in a whole different world thinking about just him.

I was quite nervous about jothan, but I was a lot calm when he looked nothing like his mom and even seemed like he couldn’t recognize me or rather knows anything about me because this was our first meeting right?

It felt like the ground should open up and swallow me up when he said I shouldn’t join hands in bringing someone down. Does he think I’ll do that willingly? Well I wouldn’t do it purposely now I know he’s rudeness was tied to something deep even If it’s not entirely an excuse.

I clearly heard him mentioning or saying something about destroying someone again? It definitely is Damon and the only first destroying I know is his mom.
