I rolled on the wide bed with my hand touching around to see if I could feel his skin again, but everything faded when I opened my eyes and saw myself - alone - on the empty bed.

I sighed and pulled the duvet away from my body.

“Why is he this early in the morning?” I wondered as I stepped down from the bed.

Last night, i had promised to make Ashley’s favorite and invite her father but it seems pleasure got the best of me.
