Chapter - 03

In the morning

Zeus Allen wake up from his sleep. He just slept only 3 hours. He took a shower and left the room. He went to the living room. Today the mansion was dead silent. He scanned the living room and went to the kitchen. He felt strange. It's not normal. On the other days, Ares Walker would have already woken up and prepared breakfast for both of them. But today there is no sign of Ares. Zeus knew that Ares couldn't fell asleep in nights because of the noises he makes. But Ares didn't woke up late. So why today he wasn't here. Did he go to the office? But it's only 7:30. Ares went to the company at 8:30. Zeus was well aware that Ares drank alcohol every night. It's became his habit. But he didn't know that Ares took sleeping pills. No matter how much Ares drank alcohol, he will woke up in the early morning. But today was the first time Zeus didn't saw Ares in the morning.

'Is he sick?' Zeus thought and decided to check on him.

Zeus went upstairs and headed to Ares's be bedroom. But he halted when he saw the girl who he brought last night was standing in the corridor with exposed dress. He frowned and went to the girl.

The girl saw Zeus and seductively said "Baby." Then she tried to touch him.

Zeus moved away from her and coldly said "Why didn't you leave yet?"

"I was waiting for you to do our morning exercise." Said the girl and lick her lips.

Zeus looked at her with disgust and coldly said "Didn't I tell you to leave before I wake up from sleep when I brought you home."

"That's before but I am sure you have changed your mind and want to taste me in the morning or eles you won't be come here." Said the girl confidently.

"First I don't sleep with anyone more than once. And secondly I am not here for you." Said Zeus coldly.

"So for whom you are here handsome? I can't see anyone else other than both of us in the mansion." Said the girl.

Zeus was going to say something but stopped when he heard Ares's shout.

"What the fuck are you two doing in front of my bedroom? Didn't you have enough to ruin my sleep last night. Now you again come to ruin my sleep. Let me sleep and get the hell out of here and go to your room." Shouted Ares and slammed the door very hard.

Zeus was just looking at Ares. He can't believe his eyes. It was Ares's first outburst.

"Who was that handsome man? He is handsome but rude. Did you come here for him" Said the girl.

Zeus looked at her and said "Leave before I call the guards to kick you out of here."

The girl stomped her feet and went to the room where she spent the night with Zeus. Then took her things and left the mansion.

After the girl left Zeus went to Ares's bedroom and knock on his door. But Ares didn't respond. So he knocked again.

"Ares are you alright?" Asked Zeus softly.

Ares was irritated with the barking of Zeus and the girl which ruined his beautiful sleep. Now he became more irritated with Zeus's nonstop knocking on his door. But he was surprised when Zeus spoke softly. He didn't remember when it was the last time that Zeus spoke softly with him.

He felt happy and slowly went to open the door. He asked Zeus with a expressionless face "What do you want? If you come to ruin my sleep then congratulations you succeed."

"I am not here to ruin your sleep. I come to see if you are alright or not." Said Zeus.

Ares was surprised and happy with Zeus's replied but he didn't show it to Zeus.

"Why? Do you want something happen to me?" Ares asked coldly.

"It's not like that. I didn't see you in the kitchen that's why I am asking. You usually cook breakfast in this time." Said Zeus and Ares became sad.

'So he comes to asked me because I didn't cook for him today. Stupid Ares. What did you expect from him.' thought Ares.

"From today I won't cook for you. If you are hungry then cook your food yourself." Ares replied Zeus coldly. Then he shut the door on Zeus's face.

Zeus became angry with Ares's behavior. "I shouldn't have care about you and wasted my time." Said Zeus irritatedly.

"No one told you to care for me." Shouted Ares. But Zeus couldn't hear him because his room is soundproof from inside. Then Ares laid down on the bed.

Zeus went back to the kitchen and make something for him. He became habitual to eat timely because no matter how he behaved with Ares, Ares would never let him starve and nagged him to eat on time. But today Ares didn't cook for him. That's why Zeus thought Ares must be sick. But what did he gets in return? Ares shouted at him and slammed the door on his face. Zeus sulked and ate his breakfast. Then he got ready and headed to Wang Corporation. Before Zeus left he glance at Ares's bedroom which was closed. He signed and left the mansion.

After Zeus left Ares got freshed and went to the kitchen. He made something for himself and sat on the dining table with his food.

"Zeus must be hungry. It's already noon. I didn't cook for him today. Should I send some food to his company." Ares said to himself.

Then Ares slapped his own head and scolded him "Ares Walker ah Ares Walker. Didn't you said you will move on from him."

"But send him some food won't hurt, na? After all he was my friend in the past. I am not a cold hearted person like him." Said Ares to himself.

"Ares Walker, he was your friend in the past but not now. Now he is your enemy. Remember that he is your ENEMY. You have to be cold hearted." Said Ares.

"Yes, now he is my enemy. I have to be cold hearted. I am determined I won't send him food." Ares talk to himself and started to dig in his food.

Some new servants who came after Zeus left looked at Ares strangely. They were thinking 'Is he finally become mad?' And some of the old servants who knew Ares, just shook their heads. Because they knew when Ares became bore or confused about something he would talk to himself to kill the boredom or clear his mind. They pitied Ares. They left Ares alone and continue their works.
