Gwen's POV

“What was Andrew doing here?” My eyes grew wide with disbelief.

Andrew and Elena were seated directly across from me at the board meeting table. Andrew protrayed as the company's new owner. I couldn't believe it.

I hadn't been this close to him in almost two years. My heart rate increased to its highest level ever.

When Mr Miller told me he sold the company to a young business tycoon from New York, I had no idea it would be Andrew, my ex-husband.

Elena shot a vicious glare in my direction as I met her gaze.

During the entire meeting, I was not paying attention. How can I start working as Andrew's personal assistant? I knew it was going to be tough for me.

Also, knowing Elena would always be with him, she was not going to make things easy for me. Just seeing her sit beside him made me uncomfortable.

“Gwen, Gwen!” The sales director called out to me.
