"Goodness, Gracious! What the heck are you doing here?" I yelled at the intruder, rubbing my head soothingly.

Otis's face fell and he suddenly felt remorseful, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have startled you" he apologized sincerely.

I didn't respond but kept rubbing my head. He scooted closer to me and joined in massaging my head causing me to suddenly freeze and take my hands away from my head.

My breath hitched and I was suddenly lost for words, our eyes locked and I could see the glint of happiness in his orbs.
