Her lips were on mine. I could live off of the taste of her. I loved how she knew I was coming over so she probably just brushed her teeth or took a swig of mouthwash and ran downstairs not realizing she doesn't look perfect. But to me, that's when she looks perfect. I wanted to keep her in my arms but I was careful not to hold too tightly and remind her of my brother.
She was breathtakingly beautiful. I wanted to watch her enjoy our kiss. I watched and was taken aback when her eyes opened looking directly into mine. It was the most intimate moment of my life.
I was hers. In that moment, it didn't matter that she still had my brother's engagement ring somewhere in this house. It didn't matter what they had done together. I could care less what the media and my father would think. In that moment, I knew I loved her.

Adam's POV I took Holly by the hand, pulling her further inside excitedly. She had only seen the mud room thus far. Her eyes widened as we stepped into a huge room for entertaining. It was open with seating and a full bar. A few tables set up with seats around them but enough room to stand and talk. Attached to that was a kitchen the size of the master bedroom. I knew she didn't really cook often but I'd get us a personal chef as well as bar back. Someone would need to change what's on tap. I even put in a tap for rootbeer for kids and non-drinkers.
