Laura looked at Gift, then at Audrey, torn between what to do. The main reason she had come to New York was presented to her, and she didn't know if she should forfeit the trip with Jaosn for it.

"What do you want to do, Laura?" Gift asked, raising her brows at her and adding, "You gave me two days, but I decided to come so we can get this over and done with."
