CHAPTER 36:AILEEN'S POV: I turned back to see Berry looking terrified and her hands were trembling. A hand covered her mouth and a small knife was placed under her chin, very close to her neck. "Legion what are you doing?!" Xander yelled furiously and I saw his veins fighting to come out. CHAPTER 39:JOSHUA POVThe war was intense but I gave it my all. The wolves were strong and put up a good fight but I defeated them.At a point in the fight, I was surrounded by wolves and one dug into my back with his claws and I groaned from the pain but kept it in and continued fighting. My back hurt so much and I was overwhelmed with rage, I turned to the wolf that hurt me and swung my claws at it's face. I bruised it badly but that wasn't enough for the pain I felt. I went closer to him and bit his neck. I tugged in deep and he struggled for dear life but I showed no mercy. Another was coming to attack me as well as I was dealing with the one that scratched my back but I quickly let go and stepped back. CHAPTER 40:AILEEN POVJoshua and I made our way to the gate after several battles and helped each other from anything that was going to attack from behind without our notice.
