Keira's pov

I felt my lungs burn from the portion I had drunk. I felt compelled too, and my wolf for the first time in a long time communicated with me. "This is different? What did you do?" Celine said with anger.

"How am I supposed to know?" I replied, not sure what to say. My heart thud gently, and I knew I couldn't control my hands. It was almost like Georgina was in control of my wrist and my mind. I could hear her chant her mantra each time, and I could feel her inside my head.

I was supposed to kill my Alpha. I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Alpha's are the strongest werewolves in the packs. Then we have the Lycan's, which are ferocious and strong.

My heart thud as I thought of ways to kill Lyla. Like I said, I don't have control anymore.

One thing was certain: I could claim the power of a true Alpha once I kill my Alpha. I had read the book somewhere, but my loyalty to Billy when she was alive made me never think of killing her. But now that she is dead, I don't see any

    Kiera's PovI walked into the servants quarters to wash the blood off my hands. Some of the servants looked at me and avoided me like some plagues. " Weirdo." I heard one of them say it with a disdainful voice. I was in control of my senses, and I knew what I had done, but I didn't feel remorse. My inner wolf was still silent, and I don't know why.     Georgina's Pov My eyes were laced with fury as my finger snapped and Kiera fell down to the floor numb. I can't kill her now.
