CHAPTER 27

They finally arrived at Reed's rest house. The beach house in Batangas was beautiful. The surroundings were filled with plants, and the sand was fine and white, just like Boracay. It felt like a little Boracay.

After a moment, an older woman approached them, seemingly in her 60s. She was smiling at them. "Good morning, Sir Reed. It’s nice to see you visiting your rest house again."

"Good morning, too, Aling Nena. This is my wife, Clarisa," Reed said, putting his arm around Clarisa to introduce her.

“My, what a beautiful wife you have, Sir Reed! You two are a perfect match! I’m so pleased to meet you, Ma’am Clarisa,” Aling Nena said.

“I’m pleased to meet you too, Aling Nena,” Clarisa replied to the older woman.

“Aling Nena, can you help us with our luggage?” Reed asked.

“Oh, yes! Let me call Glenda to help.”

“Glenda, Kuya Reed is here! Come help me,” Aling Nena called out. A beautiful young woman in her 20s appeared, wearing a short pair of shorts and a crop top. She had a well-shaped
