"Good morning" I skipped down to the dining room where everybody was already present on the table. I hugged my dad and sat down, piling food on my plate.

"What are you going to do today?" Dad questioned me.

"Look around the house, probably and find something out" I shrugged.

"I have been in this house for ages, but I haven't found anything out" He laughed bitterly.

"Is there a computer here in the house that I could use?" I asked him.

"Nope, Nothing that you could use." He laughed. I nodded my head and ate my food quickly. After finishing my breakfast I walked around the house, Trying to find something that would help. Hayden was off to his office and Katie was talking to Jeremy. After roaming the house for about two times, I called Hayden.

"It has only been three hours" Was his comment when he picked up his phone.

"I am bored, Dad is doing some research and Katie is talking to Jeremy. I have nothing to do" I whined.

"Come outside, we will go and buy you the things you need" He dropped the call and I ran outside.

"You look like you have been freed from jail" He looked at me amused. I looked outside the window as the car moved on the streets of London. It had been a long time since I had seen London or any other place except NYC. We stopped in front of a building. Hayden was talking on the phone with someone. He parked the car in the lot and we made our way towards his office. He left me in his office in order to attend a meeting. I looked around his office and made myself cozy in his chair as I opened his computer, my fingers working smoothly on the keyboard. I hacked through the system of S.A.C. and one by one all the security cameras of S.A.C opened in front of my eyes. I was good at computer sciences and when I learned it when I was young. People in Magna trusted their talents and I was trusting mine. They used these types of technologies but because all of them knew they were supernatural they didn't see the world in the eyes of my perspective, a normal human beings perspective. I was scrolling down the records of the camera when I heard the door opening. I looked up to see a guy standing in front of me.

"Umm. are you looking for Hayden?" I asked him, since he was looking at me as if I was an alien.

"Yeah, I was" He spoke with hesitation. I was about to reply to him when Hayden himself graced us with his presence. I carried on my work.

"Would you please introduce me to the lady?" His friend asked him.

"Oh, This is Clare, my fiancé and Clare, this is my friend, Blake" He introduced us.

"Nice to meet you" I smiled while my fingers kept working on the keyboard. He was still in a shock.

"You are engaged?" He managed out, pointing his finger at Hayden.

"Yeah, so what"? Hayden came towards me and picked up the water bottle, but stopped when he saw my fingers clicking on the keyboard. He squinted his eyes at me but didn't say anything. I stopped finally finding the video I wanted to see. I saved it and a couple more videos I wanted to see.

"You, the person, who never wanted to go near a girl, is engaged" He was still not believing the news he had received.

I opened one of the drawers of the desk and thankfully there was a USB in there. I showed it to Hayden, telling that I was borrowing it. He nodded his head as he sat down at the arm rest of my chair as I transferred all the videos in the USB. Blake was still looking at us, his mouth hanging open. He rubbed his eyes and blinked again.

"How come you are so good at computers?" He asked me as he leaned forward to see the screen as I was typing extremely fast.

"I saw the world as a normal person for almost 20 years, had to find a way for my safety, for I was quite young and the orphanage I lived in, wasn't too nice" I concentrated on my work as I dived through folders of camera snippets. This time it was the orphanage I lived in.

"Why this place?" Hayden asked me. Blake was still in a shock. I looked at him and He sat back on the sofa. Hayden laughed and walked towards him, giving him a glass of water. But instead of taking the water from his hands, he pulled Hayden and sat on him.

"YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THAT YOU WERE ENGAGED" He was screaming at Hayden who was squashed beneath him.

"It is not my fault that you didn't look at the tabloids" He managed out. Blake got off him and stared at him in disbelief.

"You think I read your tabloids?" He asked with shock evident in his voice.

"Like you don't" Hayden commented as he sat up straight. Blake pushed him as he himself straightened. He stood up and sat on the chair in front of the desk.

"So, tell me how did you meet him?" He asked me eagerly.

"He wanted to meet me after I had done something to his mother" I answered unsure of what to say.

"He wanted to meet you?" Blake looked like he was about to faint.

"Yes, Blake I wanted to meet her" This time it was Hayden who replied.

"Man, were you this flattered? What did you do to his mother?" He teased Hayden and questioned me.

"I pulled her hair" I answered and I did a little victory dance as I found what I was looking for. I saved and transferred the videos. Blake turned towards Hayden for confirmation and Hayden nodded his head. I turned off the computer, my attention now on both the boys.

"Wait, has Annabel seen her?" Blake asked Hayden. Hayden shook his head in a No.

"Who is...." My question was left in mid air when the office door banged open and a girl entered.

"Hayden, you are here.." She drawled in her high pitched voice and smiled until she spotted me in the chair. Blake nodded and I understood that she was Annabel.

"Who is she?" She asked staring daggers at me.

"I am Clare James, Hayden's fiancé." I introduced myself as Hayden walked towards where I was sitting. He pulled me up, sat down on the chair and then pulled me in his lap. Blake tried to hide his laughter as I smiled at Annabel sweetly. Her face was in shock as she tried to process what Hayden had done. After a minute passed by, she suddenly started laughing in her high pitched voice. It was so loud and annoying that Hayden had to put his hands over my ears. Blake backed off. She stopped laughing looking at us, as if we should also laugh but we all stared at her as if she was some maniac.

"What do you mean? The Hayden Daunter that despised women is engaged." She sneered at us.

"Yes, the Hayden Daunter, that despised woman is now engaged" I replied to her in the same tone.

"Stop messing with me" She said in a quiet voice.

"We are not messing with you, look here is the ring and if you still don't believe it then you can read the tabloids" Hayden answered her holding my left hand up, on which the ring was adorned. She studied the ring before squinting her eyes. Her nostrils flared up and her face turned red with anger.

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?, I LOVE YOU" She screamed, tears falling down her face, making me hate her more. I hated those types of girls who used their innocence for these types of things.

"I didn't do anything to you. I never even spared a glance at you. How could you even think that I will like you?" Hayden's aura turned cold and so did the atmosphere of the office. Blake shivered.

"Then why her and not me?" This time she was pleading.

"Why you?" Hayden laughed coldly. He stood up and placed me back on the chair and walked towards her, bending down. A glimmer of hope shined in her eyes as she tried to hold Hayden's hand, but Hayden backed off, a smile full of hatred etched on his face.
