CHAPTER 151

Xavier stopped outside of her bedroom door ad he listened to the doctors get to work. They had to drag him out of the room because for a moment he had threatened to attack anyone who had often gotten within an inch of her. He was almost feral in his steps.

And the only thing keeping his composure was the fact that he knew that she was still in fear because no matter what happened he could still find some peace while he listened to her heart beat. It seemed to be the only thing that was working for him at the moment was that he had to hold onto the piece of information.

He let out a sigh from his lips as he ran a hand through his hair and began to think over what could have gone differently and how he could have changed the outcome of the events that had taken place.

He knew that he was the one to blame for all this because if he had not allowed her to plant seeds of doubt into her mind none of this would have happened. She wouldn't have run away and Alison wouldn't have attacked her.
