Alpha Dane.

I walked into the kitchen following the voice of my mate, I have rejected her but I don't know why I still feel this way, I saw her from afar with the guy from yesterday, I moved closer to them and I heard her telling him she will be his girlfriend. What the hell, she is mine, and mine alone.

She was even excited, why can't she be like that with me. Because you rejected her, my subconscious answered me, I couldn't watch any longer as u made my presence known to them. After getting rid of the guy which I am going to deal with later, I have my mate, her lips were inviting, she said something but I was too lost to hear it and my next reaction was a shock. I kissed her.

She hesitated but when she noticed I won't bulge, she kissed me back, it was a different feeling, no woman had ever made me feel like this before, I was intoxicated and lost, I deepened the kiss and she wrapped her hand around my neck enjoying my touch.

“What are you doing to me,” I asked against her lips making her jerk away from me and hugging her back against the wall

She was looking everywhere except at my face “I, Alpha, it,” she started ranting even with her face that looks flushed.

“I don't want to see you with that guy again,” I said again

She bowed her head in respect which I don't like, she was my equal in everything and also my weakest point “But Alpha, Adam is my boyfriend”

That must be the guy's name but I don't care about that right now “you don't have a boyfriend Ericka, you are mine”

“You rejected me” there was sadness on her face when she said it

I am going to kill that scumbag, she didn't know the meaning when I rejected her and now she does and creating a fuss about it “I don't care about what I did, you are mine and I won't share you with him or anyone” I was acting possessive

“I need to go” she replied shaking, my voice must have scared her

“One more thing before you go, pack your things, we are leaving here together tomorrow”

“I can't go with you” she answered making me furious

“Because of him, I will kill him if you don't do as I told you” I threatened

She gazed at me stunned “please don't, I will follow you” she knee down in front of me pleading with her hands

“I won't touch him if you follow me back to my pack”

She nodded “I will follow you please don't hurt him” she begged

“No problem then,” I said gesturing for her to stand up which she did “you can go for now”

She rushed away not wanting to be told twice, I smile at my achievement but then what will I tell people when they asked me who she was, I can't let them know I got a human as my mate, they will make fun of me and my enemies will want to use her to get back at me.

I walked majestically out of the kitchen feeling fulfilled especially after the kiss we both shared, I will love to kiss her again, maybe if I mate with her, I will be able to get myself another mate and subdue the mate pull between us.

“Good morning Alpha” Mayna's father greeted me

“Morning, I was about to come to you,” I said

“Have you thought about what I told you, did you agree?” he asked

“Do you think it's too early for you to be trying to force your daughter on me?” I asked back

“Dont be too uptight, you know it’s going to look good for our pack to merge together”

“I am not looking for any merge and I will wait for my mate” I replied

He scowled but that is none of my business, I wanted to tell him about me wanting to take one of his maid which happens to be my mate away but I choose not to because I don’t want him to hurt her. I planned to avoid her to avoid being suspicious. “I will love to be alone, “ I said walking away.

I can feel the dagger he was throwing at my back, I barged into my beta “Red” I greeted

“You are awake early, does this have to do with the mate you rejected”

“I know you are mad with the decision I took rejecting my mate but it's for the best, she is human”

“Only you will bear the repercussions but I will be sure to keep your secret for now before I tell your sister”

“Not my sister please”

“I guess I have to tell her sooner as she the only one that can put some sense into you” he said

“I will think of a solution” I assured him

“So, are you leaving her alone here”

“I wanted to but I cannot” if there is anything, I can hide anything from my beta

“So she is going with us, how is Mayna taking that information”

“I didn’t tell anyone, it has to be discreetly”

“She is their maid, there possession” he reminded me like I didn’t know

“She is my mate” I answered

“You rejected her” he taunted which I know was on purpose

“Whatever, what I know is that I am not leaving her here and we are leaving together first thing tomorrow morning “ I replied.
