Kira smiled warmly and raised her hand to Aiden's cheek. She caressed his cheeks, her smile growing wider, before she leaned in and gave him a soft peck on the lips.
"Let's go," she whispered, her gaze not leaving his. Aiden nodded and smiled back as he started pulling away to stand; his heart warmed from her gentle affection and soft peck. As Kira sat up and got ready to get out of bed, she glanced around, noticing that Bryan wasn't in the room. "Where's Bryan?" She asked Aiden, her brows furrowed slightly. "Did he go somewhere?" Aiden opened his mouth to respond, but before he could speak, the bathroom door opened and Bryan walked out. "I'm here," Bryan said in a casual, deep voice. "Missing me already?" Kira turned, a smile creeping up her face again. "Yes. As a matter of fact, I missed you so very much," she admitted as she got up and walked toward him before he could reach the bed. She stood close, Bryan looking at her with a playful smile and a raised eyebrow. He tilted his head slightly to one side, his gaze locked intensely on hers. It was as if he was silently teasing her, asking "What are you up to?" with just his eyes and also daring her to do whatever she was thinking of doing. His expression was daring, sassy, flirtatious and charming, making her feel like he could see right through her. Kira, noticing the look on his face, laughed softly and asked, "What?" But before Bryan could say anything sassy as she knew he would, she rested her hand lightly on his chest, tilted her head up, and kissed him softly. Her lips pressed against his in a sweet, slow kiss before she pulled back slightly, not wanting to give him too much, and then murmured, "Let's go have dinner." Even after she pulled back, Bryan still had that smoldering look on his face. He was a bit caught off guard, but of course, he most definitely did not mind her stealing a kiss from him so quickly. And just as Kira turned to leave, he smirked, and his hand moved swiftly, gripping her waist then yanking her back against him. Her body pressed into his, and she gasped from shock, her fingers gripping his arms for balance. "That was quite short, love," Bryan leaned in and said to her. "I wasn't ready." And before she could process his words, much less respond, his lips crashed against hers. Bryan didn't ease into it—he took. His grip on her waist tightened as he held her in place, and the kiss was not soft. It was deep, hard, rough, and full of hunger, like he had been starved for years. The way he kissed her made her stomach flutter, and she melted into it, her legs almost turning into jelly. Bryan's lips moved with force, claiming her. He wanted to leave her breathless, the kiss almost overwhelming. Kira herself could not keep up, and a small, helpless whimper escaped her, which was muffled against his lips. And that whimper only spurred him on. She could feel herself losing control over her body even more as Bryan's tongue brushed against her lips, tracing the seam before slipping inside. He tasted her, teased her, and deepened the kiss even further. And just as immediately as the kiss came, that was how he broke it off, releasing his grip on her waist at the same time. Because of how fast he broke it off and released her, Kira didn't have any time to register and stumbled slightly, her legs almost giving out. She quickly cleared her throat, trying and failing to compose herself as she hurriedly smoothed and arranged her hair, feeling like she looked breathless, which she actually did. "I-umm," she starts, not meeting his gaze—her eyes looking everywhere but at him. "I will be in the dining room." Then she turned and walked out of the room, her steps quick—almost like she was running away. As Bryan watched her leave the room, he laughed quietly, knowing his plan was well executed. "What is wrong with you, brother?" Aiden sighed, shaking his head as he tried not to laugh. "What exactly is wrong with you?" "Me?" Bryan shrugged, still grinning. "What do you mean?" He asked and started walking toward the door, Aiden following close behind. "You know what I mean." Aiden said. "No, I don't," Bryan replied as they stepped out of the room and Aiden shut the door. "You will have to spell it out for me," he said to Aiden as they started down the stairs. "Oh really?" Aiden asked him sarcastically. "You would like that, wouldn't you?" "Yes, I would," Bryan answered wholeheartedly. "F*ck you," Aiden muttered and let out a short laugh. "Sometimes I feel like something is really wrong with you." "Aiden," Bryan said, glancing over his shoulder at his brother, who was still behind him. "I really don't know what you mean. You don't have to be so aggressive." "You know damn well what you did back there," Aiden spelled it out for him, even though he knew very well that Bryan knew exactly what he meant. "She nearly collapsed." "And that is my fault?" Bryan asked and then hummed as if genuinely thinking about it. "Well, she was the one who walked up to me, placed her soft hands on my chest, and kissed me first. I just—" He grinned. "—returned the favor." "Of course you did," Aiden muttered and ran a hand through his hair. "You and your teasing. That's my trait though, you keep stealing it." "It's borrowing, brother—Borrowing," Bryan corrected Aiden. Then he exhaled satisfyingly before speaking again. "You don't use your supposed trait well, so I am borrowing it. But, it seems like it is also a trait of mine." "You are so annoying," Aiden stated, completely unserious. "I know," Bryan agreed as they reached the last step. "And still, you put up with me." "Unfortunately," Aiden responded while suppressing a laugh as they approached the dining room. In the dining room, before they stepped in, they heard their mother ask Kira a question. "Kira, dear, are you okay? Why are your cheeks so red?" Hearing this, Aiden didn't need to look at his brother to know that Bryan would, in fact, take it as an opportunity to make Kira feel very embarrassed. And indeed, Bryan did just that the moment they stepped into the room. "I kissed her," Bryan announced casually, then shot Kira a sideways smirk before adding, "Hard."Kira's mouth dropped open. "You—!"But before she could even finish what she was about to say, Bryan, who was already close to her, leaned down and planted a quick peck on her cheek, making her eyes widen instantly. The audacity! Then, without giving her a chance to retaliate, he moved past her and took his seat at the dining table like nothing had happened.Laughing softly and shaking his head, Aiden stepped closer to Kira and stood beside her. "Bryan, I don't even know what to say to you," he muttered, while still laughing.Meanwhile, Elara and Orion looked at each other with amused expressions before turning their attention back to Kira."Well, at least he was honest about it." Orion said to Kira while chuckling, enjoying how his son teased her. "I'll get back at you, Bryan Tyrell," Kira threatened, narrowing her eyes at Bryan and crossing her arms. "Oh, I will!"Still laughing softly, Aiden leaned in and pressed a soft peck to the side of her head. "Don't mind him," he murmured a
Dinner was great as always—the laughing, the conversation, the playful banter, everything. It was no surprise that manners were forgotten at the dining table, hence the talking while eating, and now everyone was relaxed and chatting as they were all done eating."Dad, Aiden and Bryan are just… they just won't stop messing with me," Kira complained to Orion, gesturing to Aiden and Bryan, who were grinning at first but immediately kept their faces serious when she complained about them."What now?" Orion asked Kira after looking over at his twins. "What are they doing this time?""Nothing," Bryan answered before Kira could. "We are literally not doing anything to her except keeping her on her toes. She can't even stay still on those toes, you know. We are simply just having fun, father.""Exactly," Aiden said and nodded in agreement. "We are not doing anything to her.""Seriously?" Kira asked them, although she hid her smile and feigned annoyance, just so Orion could side with her."So
Kira's ears twitched at the sound of rustling leaves in the dead of night and a faint noise. Laying down in her little spot in her cave, her eyes snapped open. She quickly got some water which she kept aside for thirst and quenched the fire in the cage that was lit to keep her warm. Her heart pounded as she concentrated and strained to hear over the thudding in her chest and to know if someone was truly out there, lurking around. Finally she heard it.Someone was coming! And they were getting closer. Who were they? What did they want?Kira tried to hide herself and it was already too late for her to leave the cave. Whoever it was, was already so close. She held her breath, hoping that they would pass and leave, but the sounds of footsteps and the sound of twigs breaking grew louder."Did you find her?", she heard a voice ask. It seemed like they were looking for her "Not yet, but I am sure she is here, I can smell her. I recognize her scent", The other voice answered."Werewolves but
The initial puncture was like a needle jab on her neck, quickly followed by an agonizing pain. Kira could almost hear the sickening squelch as their fangs tore through her skin. Her heart pounded violently against her rib cage as her breaths became short and ragged. Gasps from her mouth as her eyes shot wide upon the sudden intrusion. Her hands clawed at the air and at their backs as she tried to push the Alpha twins away, but they were much stronger and at this point all her trails were just weak and clumsy."No! Please, no!", her voice cracked at so much screaming while thrashing against their hold.Kira's screams were swallowed by the Alpha twins' intense growls as they held her tightly in place. She whimpered and clawed at their arms some more, her nails cutting their skin, but it was nothing to them."Just stop! It hurts! Please stop!", she pleaded with them weakly, tears streaming down her face mixing with the sweat that dripped from her eyebrows."Mmm…", Alpha Bryan and Alpha
Kira was literally shaking, her head downcast, "I-i", she tried to speak but was unable to form any word."Answer the question Omega", Aiden growled, "Would you like to be taught about your place, perhaps reminded? We can actually help you remember if you keep this behavior up.""We are your Alphas", Bryan reached out to her and raised her face up with his hand under her chin, "You should be grateful we accepted an Omega as our mate, you should be honored at this privilege you have because many would kill for it."It broke her, the way they spoke to her, broke her, "This…I n-never asked for it, you can m-mate with the many," Kira said softly, her voice breaking.Bryan growled, getting more upset, he took her face in his hands and squeezed it.Her eyes widened as Bryan's fingers closed around her jaw, his grip like a vice. Fear shot through her, making her heart stutter.Kira tried to pull away, but her struggles were feeble as Bryan's grip increased painfully. "B-Bryan", Kira stutter
Kira on hearing Bryan's voice nodded, as she got out of her trance, "Y-yes Alpha", she responded promptly.Bryan started walking again and this time Kira followed him quietly, at his back, while wondering why he did what he did.He also had long white hair like Kira's with black hair, but Aiden's hair was black and shoulder-length. It was like they had shared some things with Kira, Bryan with the long hair like Kira and Aiden with the black hair like Kira.Kira thinking about this, found it funny and held herself to not laugh out loud, just keeping it inside with a shake of her head.It was like they had raided her closet and she wondered if they had shared her hairdresser too.Soon they both got down the stairs and reality came back to Kira. Everyone was seated at the dining table, Aiden, their parents, just them."Good morning Sir and Ma", Kira greeted the twins' parents along with a bow."Good morning Kira", Their mom smiled at her softly."Morning, Kira", their dad said with a no
Kira looked away for some seconds before answering, "There is nothing to talk about the past for, talking about it does not change anything.""I am aware of that Kira, but it can possibly improve things", Elara pressed on.Kira then turned and looked at her, "So where should we start from?", she felt the anger slowly seeping into her, "Three years ago? When the pack accused a seventeen years old girl of conspiring with a rebel pack to kill her parents at night? Or where they exiled her? Or is it the bad treatments she received in the pack ever since she was born? Where should we start? Trust me, I can list so many more.""Kira!", Elara tried to calm her down, reaching out to her, but Kira moved away."Don't touch me," she said, "Do not touch me with those hands, you, everyone, this pack has caused me so much pain and I cannot forget about it, no matter how much I try.""I was just seventeen," she said her voice sharp and cracked as tears yet again began to well up in her eyes, "I was
The room fell into an uneasy silence as the door closed behind the Alpha twins' mother. The tension in the room was suffocating, making it hard for Kira to breathe as she stood motionless, her heart pounding in her chest. She never meant for it to go that far or to speak to the Alpha twin's mother that way, but the woman just kept pushing, and she really did not want to talk about the past, especially with her. Kira felt Bryan and Aiden's eyes locked on her as she tried averting her gaze from theirs. Their hard gaze made her stomach drop."Kira", Aiden called out to her, his voice low and dangerous, but he took a deep breath, trying to hold both himself and his anger back, "Do you realize what you have just done?", he asked her as his fists clenched at his sides, the muscles in his jaw tightening as he tried so hard, struggling to control himself, "Do you want us to hurt you? Is that really what you want?"Kira's hand trembled at her sides as she shook her head quickly, still avertin

Kira walked slightly ahead of her mates as they returned home together, her heart and mind full.Aiden was the first to take her hand, walking closer and slipping his hand under hers before curling his fingers around hers. His grip was gentle at first, and then he held her closer. As Kira felt his hold, she turned her head slightly, her brown eyes meeting his dark ones, and smiled softly at him before looking ahead again.Meanwhile, Bryan, watching them, walked closer. He decided to do the same as his brother and slid his fingers between Kira's, his hold warm. Kira smiled softly and turned to him, not surprised that he had followed Aiden, her eyes full of love.As they held her hands and walked back home, they didn't let go, and soon they reached the mansion. The house was quiet when they stepped inside, but they didn't stop. They walked up the stairs and entered their bedroom together, still holding hands. It was only when they reached the bed after shutting the door did they final
Leaning into Bryan, Kira took slow, uneven breaths, trying to calm herself. She knew it wasn't their fault for making such a decision, but it didn't help with how she felt inside. She was sad, exhausted and emotionally drained. She knew they would do anything for her, yet those words, "We can't ask you to wait for us," lingered, and it pained her so much. It pained her that there was nothing much she could do but leave. Staying might destroy them even more than leaving. And Kira knew that. She let out a shaky breath as Bryan rubbed her back and whispered sweet, soft words to her, her weight pressing into him as she could no longer really hold herself up. "It's okay," Bryan murmured, his chin resting lightly on the top of her head while he continued rubbing her back in slow, comforting circles. "We are here. We got you."Hearing those words from him almost made her start crying again, but she held back and nodded against his chest, whispering, "I know, and I got you too."Bryan, also
Stepping outside, Bryan leaned against the outer wall. He tilted his head back and closed his eyes, his chest heaving as he tried to calm himself and steady his breathing, but that was impossible. The ache in his heart refused to let up. He took deep breaths and exhaled shakily, his knuckles already white because of how tightly he balled his fists. After some minutes of inhaling and exhaling, he tightened and relaxed his fists, before he felt a hand on his shoulder.Bryan didn't need to check when he felt the hand on his shoulder; he just prepared himself, knowing what was coming, and he knew that whatever was coming was going to be for the best."You know what we have to do." Aiden's voice was low, controlled, and filled with the pain he didn't try to hide. He stepped closer, his hand still on Bryan's shoulder. "It will be for the best.""I know, Aiden," Bryan nodded, his throat tightening as his voice broke slightly. "I know. I just—" He stopped, closed his eyes and sucked in anot
Aiden raked a hand through his hair, the hopelessness of the situation frustrating the life out of him. "I don't understand," he said to Morane, the frustration in his tone fully on display. "There has to be another way! What do you mean, we have to stop being mates?""Look, I am not angry with you. You have done a lot for us, and we are genuinely grateful, but this…this was the last thing I expected to hear. I never even expected to ever hear such," he said as he leaned forward slightly and ran his hands over his face before gripping his hair in desperation. "This curse of a thing is just so exhausting.""I know, I understand," Morane said, raising her hands slightly. "But listen to me first. Please calm down," she said softly, fully understanding what the three of them were currently going through. "The curse can only be broken by the witch who cursed you or someone from her bloodline. Do you understand what that means? We do not even know who the witch is. Talk more about someone f
Bryan, Aiden, and Kira immediately rose from their seats, shocked by what they had just heard. They exchanged quick glances as each of them waited to hear what Morane would say next."What is it?" Aiden asked, stepping forward slightly. "What is the curse?""This is not a matter to be discussed here," Morane said with a shake of her head. "Please, come with me.""That is true," Aiden said, nodding in agreement. "Alright, let's go."At that moment, the maid Kira had instructed earlier came out of the kitchen, carrying the reheated dishes on a tray. "Alphas, Luna," the maid called out as she began placing them on the table. "Are you going somewhere? The food is ready.""About the food," Kira said. "Just put it back for now. We will eat later.""Okay, Luna," the maid replied and nodded obediently. Then, the maid gathered the dishes back on the tray and returned to the kitchen.Morane, who was about to leave, stopped when the maid called out to the Alphas and Kira. And when Kira was done
Bryan and Aiden agreed without hesitation, and Kira followed them out of the room, down the passage until they stopped in front of the hidden room door.Aiden pushed it open and stepped aside so she could enter first. As Kira entered, she looked around, and it was definitely not what she had expected. The room felt too impersonal, too functional. It felt like a cell to her. Her eyes scanned the room, and then she noticed the shelf on one side.On the shelf, she saw small bottles filled with liquids. The contents themselves looked quite strange as she picked it up carefully and asked, "What is this?""Morane made that for us," Bryan explained as he stepped closer, watching her calm expression to everything. "It is meant to help us for the curse. She is also the one who told us to prepare a room like this when she first found out about the curse. She wanted us to be prepared just in case, because she had a very bad feeling about everything.""I see," Kira nodded, turning the bottle in h
