Asher gave Victor a look who promptly nodded. “I'm on it.” He said. He grabbed a toast bread from the table, took huge bites until the loaf had disappeared down his throat. “See you later folks. Time to do some hunting.” Then he walked out.

The table cleared out briefly after that. Everyone seemed to have something to do, except Kihara. Even Leila had her training with her knives.

The training sand wasn’t so occupied, most pack members had started to resume back to their daily works and the kids resumed school. Asher made sure they all took extra precaution and were especially safe. The kids were told to stick together in groups. Now that they knew the enemy was active in broad daylight, the hours of morning to afternoon were the most dangerous.
