Being angry at Molly was an understatement. It seemed like she was hard of hearing, and no matter how much I tried to protect her, I was always the wrong person.

Taking out my phone, I put a call across to an old friend, Lorenzo.

"What did I do to warrant this special call on a very pleasant afternoon?" He asked, and I forced a short laugh.

Lorenzo was a part of my childhood, but we weren't close friends at that time. In fact we were solar opposites. He liked Courtney at one time, and now it totally made sense why it felt like we were at loggerheads. Courtney probably made it known to him that she was in love with me, leaving me out of the whole picture.

"I need men, Lorenzo," I said immediately, trying to avoid going round in circles.

"Mmh… Okay," he said dryly.

"I need them immediately. I would pay for anything, send my jet over to Mexico. Anything you want!" I said.

The desperation in my tone was evident no matter how much I tried to hide it. At this point I didn't care if
