“Are you sure about leaving on your own?” Sunny asks.

I nod my head and try to not seem suspicious. “Yeah….Hailey just needs me don’t worry, I’ll be back real soon.”

Sunny shrugs and helps to start up my car before leaving me to drive off alone. I finally let out a sigh of relief, it was hard convincing Sunny that I just had to step out a minute to help Hailey which was a total lie.

I’m on my way to a lab clinic to confirm the DNA paternity test between I and Alonzo. I just had to be one hundred percent sure on what I saw that day and that’s it.

The lab is about an hour away from where I stayed just to be careful of running into someone I know. It wasn’t too hard to get Alonzo’s hair specimen, with just a slight tug of his greying hair, I had a good enough chunk for a test.
