CHAPTER FOURTY EIGHT- Positive

Two deep blue lines…..

My heart sunk in my chest as I scan the stick, two lines means positive. My hand instinctively rubs my stomach, this can’t be true right?...there’s no way I was pregnant….

“Yanna, is everything alright?!” Hailey calls out

I release a shaky breath and walk out of the bathroom. “I need to take another test…” I mutter to myself.

Hailey leans over to see the result and lets out a gasp. “Oh my God, it’s positive…”

My lips tremble from holding back a sob. “I need to take another, just to be sure.”

She nods and rushes back to get more tests then shoves it into my hand and pushes ne to the bathroom. “I’ll be right here, no matter the result.”

I wait again to pee in the bathroom, this time I used three more sticks just to be accurate with my result and after waiting for three minutes, I flip the stick and all of them are positive.

“Fuck….”
