Jeremy's agony

Though his voice sounded cool Klein could easily spot the underlying anger that was deeply buried in it.

"Are you really happy to see me or are you pretending?" Klien made a joke.

Jeremy gave him a cold look. " Never say I'm happy to see you, Alpha Klein, " he replied.

" I thought as much," Klien burst into laughter.

It was really an annoying one. Jeremy was trying all his best not to pounce on the man seated. He hated him so much because of the current situation he is, he is the cause of it.

"What can I do for you, Alpha Klein?" Jeremy asked.

Klein's face changed all of a sudden and the aura in the room also changed. It was like there was rain of hot coals in the room making it scotching.

"I came to retrieve back what is mine" he growled.

Jeremy's heart was beating fast and his wolf was already getting so overwhelmed that it wanted to burst out.

"And what is that?" Jeremy asked.

He knew exactly what Klein was talking about but he wasn't ready to admit it.
