I wasn't one to normally engage in such idiotic games like the one Iblis was playing with us. But I was worried about what it might reveal. I hadn't done much in my lifetime that I regret. But so much fear has been throughout my existence. Parts of my past I'd much rather forget than relive. Let alone relive the dreadful past with Trystan watching. He already thought that I was not worthy of living. Imagine what he will think when he sees how pathetic my life used to be.

"Don't get too excited, I haven't done anything drastically pleasing to watch," I said as the padded room morphed into my old pack.

Great, my past does want to haunt me. Way to stick it to the man. Show him exactly how lovely my life has been.
