CHAPTER 142 WEAK MINDED

TEDDY'S P.O.V

The room displayed more things than I ever expected to have feared—only a few memories of regret, which surprised me. I regretted more than I led myself to believe. But it wasn't my past that was haunting me. I could barely even look at my half-brother without wanting to cringe. How did he function? I didn't have a childhood, so I am not one to judge, but he had even less of a childhood than me. His actions were malicious and vile. But his actions were all taught from a young age, so saying he 'knew better' would be an incorrect term because it was all he knew. How he still had his humanity was beyond me. The room abruptly yanked us out of his mind while an echo of a thud could be heard. Once the spinning stopped and the room was once again padded-blackness, the realization sunk in.

"Oh goddess, Fenirs!" I screamed as I rushed to his unconscious body lying on the cold ground.
