"Come and help carry the damn loads, you lazy chicken." Mark's grunt boomed around the airport behind him.

"Get the damned loads. Work your old bones and strengthen it a bit. Thank me later for it instead of whining like a merry old woman." I shot back as I walked ahead of him, a smile on my face.

"Fuck you, asshole." There was amusement in his voice. "I might be thirty-seven now but I can still take your thirty-two year old ass up to the sky and throw it ten feet's away."

I laughed because I couldn't help myself, mostly because Mark is half-correct. He might be on the wrong side of thirty but the man's still as strong and fit as ever.
