I don't know what happened but I just found my legs taking me and finally, at Leslie's mansion door.

I know it was risky and foolish of me to come here when I know that she lives with her family and since they're wealthy, I know they might not accept me either. I'm not even up to Leslie's family standards.

But still, after countless hesitations and thoughts, I finally took the courage that brought me here and rang the door bell.

I rang it again and again but there was no response. I don't know if it was good for me that nobody was answering.

Just as I was about to turn around and leave, the door opened and a girl sticked out her head outside and ran her eyes all over me as if she was scanning me.

I scrunched my eyebrows at her and stared back at her. I was pretty sure that she was one of the workers in the mansion because of her uniform and the dusting brush in her hand.

"Who are you?" She asked rather rudely.

"I'm Leslie's friend." I replied rudely back at her.
