RODRIGO'S POV "No!" Tanya's voice ripped through the air, distracting me from what was happening. She sprinted out of the car, her steps frantic and unsteady, like a bird with clipped wings. She didn't even run that far. Wait a minute, I shouldn't kill him? “You can't kill him, Rodrigo. Please don't. For me, please don't kill him. Please just don't kill him; you can't. Just put the gun down so we can talk about this, please.” She begged. Something was going on. Dante turned, his eyes narrowing as he took in the sight of her.
