CHAPTER 57 DREAM OR REAL?

I trailed behind as I was pulled by his arm, ignoring every feeling his touch caused. I was sick and tired of his little mind games.

The warm air turned cold as we stepped out, leaving the noise behind us.

He twirled me, positioning me before him.

“What Damon?” I asked, exasperated.

Without warning, no hint or soever, he planted his lips on mine. My eyes widened as I froze, and my brain hadn’t discerned if this was real or not. He had never kissed me; he always stopped when he was inches away. When Damon wrapped his strong arm around my waist, pulling me closer to his body, fireworks ignited in my body—it was real.

Damon pulled back, his hungry-filled eyes locked onto mine. “Say something.” He breathed out.

How could I? I was too stunned to speak. I guess I just have to show him.

With savage intensity, I closed my eyes and yanked him closer by his tie, reclaiming his lips with mine. The chill of the night air couldn't cool the heat surging through me. Our tongues entwine
