Chapter 143: I Am Pregnant Charlie

Margret's pupils dilated as she heard Brenda's scream, startled by the unexpected presence of the troublesome woman. Brenda stormed towards Margret, glaring at her furiously and demanding to know why she was there.

"What the hell are you doing here? Have you not done enough?" Brenda's eyes were puffy from days of crying. "You don't even want to spare his dead body too."

Margret tried to remain calm as she spoke to Brenda, "I had no idea he was your husband and I'm sorry for any pain this has caused. Instead of fighting, let's work together to plan his funeral."

Brenda's expression grew even darker and she responded with an angry laugh, "You didn't even know he was my husband? That's just ridiculous."

"Please, let's not fight. I promise to stay away from him and respect your wishes," Margret pleaded, but Brenda continued to scream and cry in public, drawing the attention of passersby who began to gossip and speculate about their relationship.
