CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

I knew Eric had contract relationships with other women, they were the ‘others’ that he never spoke about but then, meeting one of them had me dismayed . How did she even know who I was or that I was there? Was she following me? God, no, not again. I still hadn’t recovered from the trauma of getting abducted by Jeremy.

“I’m sorry, I really have to go.”

I told her hurriedly.

“Wait.” She held me back and her cold touch irritated my skin.

“I’m not trying to hurt you or anything, I just want us to be friends.”

She said.

“Friends?”

I asked, confused.

“Yes. I want to help you.”

She told me and tried to touch me again but I moved back.

“Help me with what?”

“With Eric.” She said lHe’s not as good as you think he is, he is a sick man.”

“Excuse me—

I didn’t want to hear whatever she had to say. I had enough problems already.

“Please, don’t tell him that you saw me here, please..”

She begged as I walked out of the bathroom.
