DRAWN TO HIM

Lucien is seated on his bed, holding the remote and watching the news. Just like Mr. Ethan predicted, several other companies are flocking in to sign a contract with Brooks, which makes Lucien keep on smiling as his plans are going just as he wants them.

Brooks is just an arrogant fool in his eyes and he just can't wait to show him a lesson he will never forget for the rest of his life.

While his gaze remains fixed on the news, the air surrounding him suddenly thickens and goosebumps appear all over him. All the hairs on his body abruptly stand as if a statue and his eyes deepen.

"I just can't take it anymore." He picks up the words of a lady, and his heartbeat quickens as he realizes the possessor of the voice and feels the deep pain in her voice.

The remote in his hand instantly drops and he jerks up. As he is about to take a step he staggers as if something has left his body and turns as pale as a white sheet.

He knows what just happened but yet he refuses to accept it. "She is inc
