COME WITH ME

At Lucien's outburst, the receptionist flees so far away from him and hides beneath a table, tears flowing down her cheeks. She may be naturally upset with him and despises him, but she did not intend to antagonize him.

She was merely trying to explain the situation to him when he snapped at her.

Her body shivers and her teeth gnash against one another as the thought keeps racing through her mind as if they are ocean waves trying to consume her.

He appeared and still appears to be more of a monster than a human.

Her tears won't stop falling down her face as she stares at the floor and begins writing on it with shivering hands. "Who exactly are you?" She can't stop herself from asking.

Lucien sighs and ruffles his hair. He had not intended to lose it on her. Never wanted to release his demon. Never does.
