A DOG

Lucien's words were raw and explicit! It sounded so like he was directly speaking to Ellison when he spoke.

"Who are you speaking to? Is there anyone behind the flower?" Mr. Santiago, who is perplexed as to why Lucien spoke while looking at that spot asks and tilts his head disconcertingly.

"I just spoke, Santiago. You have no reason to be concerned or inquisitive. You can go in now."

Mr. Santiago wants to ask more questions. He is certain Lucien must have been looking at something or perhaps someone when he spoke. He doesn't believe he just spoke. The young man's extraordinary skills can't be underestimated! But he, however, obliges to his statement.

But who or what did Lucien see? As he walks through the gate, that is the only thought on his mind.

"What about the letter? Will we be safe?" As Brianna comes before Lucien, she can't help but ask. She is damn scared of dying! Having been close to death a few hours ago, she seems to be more conscious of herself and every other thing now.
