"Okay." I answered not wanting to argue with him.

He looked at the roof then back at me with a wide smile.

"I can't believe we hit a jackpot." He whispered then lay down on the bed.

I lay beside him, facing him. I wanted to observe him quietly because he looked very happy and he was no longer asking me questions.

"I think the moon goddess has finally realized how she did us wrong and now she's giving you to us as a mate." He said.

I bit my lower lip sadly and thought back to Amelia's words. We were only going to stay here for a few days. Did he know that?. If not, then when was I supposed to tell him?.

"Lexi." He called snapping me out of my thoughts.

"I'm happy to have finally met you." He whispered.

His voice was soft yet I could detect pain in it.

I moved closer without a second thought and lay my head against his chest.

He quickly shifted and wrapped his arms around me.

"This will be very hard for me, but I'll survive." He whispered then looked at me with a smile.

She needs to reject Ryan ASAP!!! Why are they so sexually aggressive with her? Look at Leo and Whitney, they are taking their time because Leo genuinely cares. The twins were literally engaged in a 3some minutes ago. Not to mention the vulgar way they spoke to the female. She deserves better!!

Omg so Ryan obviously needs to work on some of his issues if he is Lexi’s mate cause the way he went for things he was treating with no respect. Evan is the gentler one and he asked her for her permission. Omg what are Whitney and Leo going to say when she tells them she not only has a mate but two.
