Jasmine was in a cubicle and so was Sebastian as they were done giving their statement before the judge, lawyers, and the hundreds of people in the courtroom.

The paparazzi were outside, awaiting the final verdict of the judge. Those seated in the courtroom recorded every moment even when advised not to.
