I didn't know how much I had spent on the floor or wherever I was until a soft gust of wind hit my body and a hand tapped my shoulder.I struggled to open my eyes, but the pain I felt around my eyes made me close them and I instead tried to use my hands to lift my weight up the floor. FORTY ONE Carter's POV. "You two had better shut up and leave my presence this minute.” I yelled as I got myself up from Chloe. I know that was not Aurora's voice. It was her wolf. They must have been pushed to the edge which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted them to leave me alone. Why couldn't they understand? CHAPTER FORTY TWO Aurora's POV. It's been two weeks since the incident between Carter and I. He had left that night and came back all bruised up. I don't know where he usually went at night and came back the next morning with cuts all over his body.I tried helping out, but he kept pushing me away. I was hurt by what had happened.
