Aurora's POV.

Just as Declan and Arthur were shapeshifting to attack, Carter had already left the room to go find beta Gideon. I hope that he gets to him and gives him exactly what he deserves.

This was the point where we needed to make them pay for everything they have done to us and to our Pack. As Declan and Arthur were fighting at the door, I slowly passed beside them making sure not to get into their way or to disrupt them.

I needed to go get Chloe. She could be on the run because I knew that she must have gotten an alert with regards to all what was already happening outside and especially at her door. The moment I made it to her door, I saw her standing in the middle of the room with a shocked expression on her face or rather a confused expression on her face.

With a half smile on mine, I slowly strode inside.

"So, tell me, what did you think? Oh… let me guess. You think you're going to run away from all this. Sadly enough, this is going to be the end for you
