Chap 1. Reborn to another world.

‘Urg’

The pain all over her body made her feel strange. She shouldn't be in pain anymore, she should be dead. Trying to open her heavy eyelids, this young woman tried to slowly open her eyes. Gradually her blurry vision began to appear clear. Feeling the clear sight in front of her eyes, this young lady was surprised, her eyesight should be blurry because her minus eyes are quite high. Looking around, this young woman felt confused because she was in a place that looked like a dense forest. The place where she died should have been a fairly large hospital. Could it be that her greedy relatives didn't want to bury her or cremate her body, but threw her into the forest?

This young woman did not understand what had happened to her. Trying to gather strength, the young woman took a deep breath and tried to sit up. She faintly heard the sound of water and began to search her surroundings. Finding a river nearby, this woman tried to stagger towards the river bank. The river that the young woman was approaching was clear and green. Approaching the river water, the young woman looked towards the water to see how her looks were. Seeing a face that was similar but different from her previous face made this young lady feel strange. She should be old and full of wrinkles. However, this face looked similar to when she was 20 years old, only a few times prettier.

The face of this body should be beautiful if it wasn't battered, dirty and a bit thin. Her hair was also tangled, dirty and smelly. Touching her body, this woman felt pain as if she had been beaten by someone. Feeling the pain, her brain also felt pain because suddenly some memories that didn't belong to her appeared and tortured her. The memory kept running through her mind making the moaning sounds from her mouth unstoppable.

After a while, understanding the snippets of memories she received made the woman feel unbelievable. Apparently she had been reborn in another world that was not her previous world. This world is like the modern world on Earth, except that ordinary people do not dominate this world. In this world, supernatural beings such as werewolves, vampires, witches, fairies, they all roam and live freely like modern humans on Earth.

Even though the civilization in this world is almost the same as the modern civilization on Earth, the civilization here still uses magic power. There is no pollution in this world, there are still many forests. The size of the continent in this place is also many times bigger so to get to other continents they use a portal gate. There are still many great Empires here. The forest where she is located is one of the smallest forests in the world called Sulime Realm. 

This small forest has animal levels that ordinary people can handle, so many ordinary human hunters often hunt wild animals for their food. Near this forest there is a small village whose inhabitants are very simple. The body now inhabited by a spirit from another world was not a resident of that village. This body was dumped into this secluded forest after being tortured by illegal slave dealers just because she released the kidnapped and almost sold children.

"I didn't expect to be reborn in this young woman's body. Maybe I should be grateful for not being reborn as a child again. This young lady's body should be in her 20s, but her body is tiny due to lack of nutrition."

Composing the memory she had received from the memory of the body she now inhabited, this woman sighed. Now this spirit who was supposed to be over 100 years old in her previous world was feeling quite happy that she now had the body of a young woman in her 20s again. Taking water from the riverbank, this woman accepted her new body happily. She will live a new life in a world that is foreign and different from her previous world.

"This woman never had a name before just slave’s number, I think I will use my name in a previous life. My name was Wilma Yunis before, I think I will use it again here."

Seeing her shabby, dirty and battered appearance, Wilma took some water to clean her face. Looking around, Wilma found herbs that could be used to cleanse herself. The clear river water allowed Wilma to see clearly in the river. She recognized the type of animals in the river as an ordinary type of fish that was harmless and edible.

"I think I can bathe in this river. This place seems to be in quite a deep forest, I don't think anyone will come here so they dumped this body here so that wild animals would eat this weak body."

Taking off her dirty clothes one by one, Wilma entered the river while carrying herbs that could be used like soap. Wilma cleaned her new body slowly as it was covered in bruises. Wilma didn't realize that the river she entered to clean herself wasn't an ordinary river. Villagers around this forest do not dare to approach this river because this river is a sacred river for them. Only when they needed energy to make new healing potions did they take a little river water.

Wilma took quite a while to clean her body which was quite dirty and very slow due to her wounds. She did not realize that the dirty water flowing from her body immediately decomposed once it flowed back into the river so that the water in the river did not become dirty.

"Phew, I'm finally done taking a shower."

Looking at her pile of dirty and tattered clothes, Wilma sighed. Looks like she has to find new clothes later, her old clothes are no longer fit to wear for long. Feeling thirsty, Wilma saw the river water which still looked clear.

"Hmm? The river water is not dirty because I bathe here."

Even though she was confused, Wilma couldn't think of anything else because her head still felt dizzy. Shrugging her shoulders, Wilma cupped the river water and drank it slowly, she didn't want to choke in her rush. Her body was too weak. Wilma felt something touch her feet as she looked down she saw a sizable fish approaching her. Feeling hungry, this young woman tried to catch the fish, and Wilma immediately threw the fish on the ground near the river after the fish was catched.
