I looked around me, staring at the stars sitting in the parm and thinking about what bricked my heart when I had first seen Killian.

A whimper plowed inside of me, and here I am feeling something I can't explain. I think it's called affection, or what better word could I describe it as.

As I walked down the crowded street, lost in my own thoughts, I felt a sudden poke in my back. Startled, I turned around to find a little boy with innocent eyes staring up at me.

"Are you alright, miss?" He asked, his voice soft and concerned.

I nodded, still feeling a bit shaken. "Yes, I'm fine. Thank you," I replied, offering him a small smile.

Curiously, he pointed towards the wall I had been staring at moments before. I followed his gaze and realized with a jolt that everything I had just seen was merely a figment of my imagination.
