The opposing werewolf snorted, watching the witch give up her ghost. Good riddance to rubbish. He thought, reaching out to his second in command through the mind link. "Bloodugering Hell! Ava, it looks worse in here!" Emma noted, stepping tentatively into the biggest hall she had ever been in, her mind reeling to the series of events that she had seen just in the name of a birthday party. This must be the worst birthday party ever. Emma noted Maya's sad face, and almost walked across to comfort her, but for the issue on ground. Her boyfriend was possessed by a beast, and his only hope of surviving had been rendered unconscious by a band of silver. Aiden had told her the whole story telepathically. According to him, Anthony had possessed a special power that had been able to subdue the beast for sometime, but with him unconscious, there was no longer hope for that. There was no other werewolf with that power, not even his father whom she heard had gone into safety with the rest of the pack and their guests.
