An image could be seen in a black cave all dressed in a black gown as his eyes glowed brightly and his lips slowly moved

"She has awakened, the prophecy has started unfolding"

The man said and smiled as he walked back into the dark cave where his eyes became normal again.

  FLASH BACK

Many centuries ago

A man and a woman with a crying child in their arms were seen running deep into the woods at great speed while their eyes glowed dangerously, they were been chased by an army of vampires and werewolves.

The army were fast gaining on them when all a sudden the man tripped on something and fell flat on the ground.

The woman alarmed at what happened to her husband ran back to help him get back on his feet.

"You have to go now Minerva, go!"

The man instructed, softly pushing the woman away.

"I'm not leaving you Damien, I can't leave you alone"

The woman known as Minerva persisted while helping the man get back on his feet.

Soon enough the army surrounded them as pairs of glowing eyes filled the forest, they were more than 500 vampires and werewolves and they were only two against an army of vampires and werewolves.

"Just give us the baby Minerva and you and your husband will walk out of here alive."

A man with glowing eyes spoke, emerging from the crowd with deadly aura emitting from him.

He was a vampire, a strong and deadly one at that.

"You and your army are like mere ants to us Damon, not you or your men will be able to take this baby away from me"

Minerva avowed, a smirk forming on her lips as she closed her eyes and everywhere suddenly became darkened.

"Oh no she's transforming, don't let her finish the transformation, attack!"

The vampire yelled as the air seemed to seize and the army charged towards the couple

Summer yelled waking up from her nightmare while sweating profusely and her heart was beating faster than normal in her chest.

Who were those people?

Why was she having a dream about them?

And those creatures, what were they?

How was she in any way related to any of this?

Summer asked herself, her heart beat slowly became normal again.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a sudden knock on the door.

"Come in"

She muttered and slowly sat down on her bed.

"Oh my dear summer, are you not getting ready for school?"

Ma'am Katherine asked walking into the room with a displeased look on her face.

"School? I don't what to go to school"

Summer answered clearly not interested with the idea of school.

She wasn't ready for her school problems.

"Oh my dear, it will be your first day in a new school"

The woman announced, making summer widened her eyes in awe.

"New school?"

"Yes dear, I forgot to tell you about it earlier but you have been transferred to a new school, Camden college"

The old woman said in her usual calm tone.

"Camden college?"

Summer asked still not believing what the old woman had told her.

"Yes summer, so go prepare or you will be late for your first day in school"

The old woman instructed, standing up from the bed.

"Ok ma'am Katherine, I will start preparing"

The girl uttered sighing loudly as she stood up from the bed heading straight to the bathroom.

Camden college, a school for the gifted in other words supernaturals, it has been in existence for the past decades now and have been hidden from the eyes of humans.

Humans sees the school as just an old and mystery filled school but in the eyes of the supernaturals it was a new home, a new family, a new hope, a new life where they were accepted for what they were.

Welcome to Camden.

  Writer's POV

Summer got down from the car as she stared at the signboard which hung loosely on the school gate and the words "WELCOME TO CAMDEN COLLEGE"were boldly written on it.

Summer was immediately mesmerized by the sight before her, she had not expected the school to look like this, she had imagined a classy, beautiful and rich looking school but the school before her didn't have any of this features.

It was a simple, enormous, old yet breathtaking school.

Different cars drove into the school as elegantly dressed students stepped out of the cars walking into the building and summer couldn't help herself but to stop and stare at them.

A "wow"escaped her lips as she slowly made a way to the principal's office.

"So during our last class, we learnt about the witches and their powers, like I said the witches are rare species with special powers, for over hundreds of years now the world of the supernaturals have underestimated their powers. however the witches are one of the most powerful species in the world of the supernaturals, they are...."

The class was interrupted by the sudden appearance of the principal with two students beside him.

A male and a female.

"Hello class, we have new students in our mist today, this is Dorian Derek"

the principal announced pointing to the guy who stood beside summer.

"He's my son, Dorian the alpha of the crystal pack and I'm sure y'all have heard about him,"

The principal announced and the class started murmuring.

Only a dummy or a newbie wouldn't know the crystal pack.

It was one of the most powerful pack led by a very young teenager, Dorian Derek, the son of alpha Derek, the principal of Camden.

"And this is Summer Jerald, we don't know what she is yet but with time we will get to know."

Summer who hadn't said anything since the beginning of the principal speech had a lot going on her mind.

What the hell was the man talking about? wolves, packs?

"Ma'am Katherine didn't tell me this school was fucking creapy."

Summer thought to herself as she stared at the guy beside her, he clearly didn't look like a wolf to her, he was just an ordinary human being like her...

"Best of luck Summer and do find a place to sit down"

The principal concluded leaving the class.

"Wait, excuse me!"

Summer yelled running after the principal.

"Yes miss Summer?"

The man asked stopping on his track as he turned to look at her.

"Please can I go back home?ma'am Katherine didn't tell me this school was this creapy"

The girl said making the man beside her chuckle slightly.

"So ma'am Katherine didn't tell you anything about the school?"

The man asked the young girl beside him.

"Tell me what?"

The girl yelled clearly frustrated.

"Follow me miss Summer"

The man said as he started walking away with Summer trailing behind him.

After what seems like hours but were only minutes, he finally stopped at a beautiful garden and looked at Summer.

"Ma'am Katherine told me you were found lying next to your dad's corpse, the day he died"

The man started and as the image reflected on Summer head, her blood started boiling of anger.

"Those bastards"

She cursed as the image of the man ripping her dad heart displayed in her head.

"Since your father is a supernatural ,a wolf precisely, it means you are also a supernatural Summer"

The man stopped and stared at Summer.

"I am not a fucking supernatural"

Summer said In what seems like a whisper.

"You are Summer, am sure you saw your dad transformation, so you can't be any different from it"

"I am not a supernatural!!"

Summer yelled, her eyes taking a shade of red and her hands emitted fire.

"Calm down miss Summer, calm down"

The man muttered, trying to calm the furious young supernatural before him.

"Don't tell me to calm down, those monster killed my dad and am going to avenge for him but not while am in this fucking school"

Summer said as she superspeed to the gate.

"Wait there is a barrier around the school so you can't lea..."

The man stopped talking as he watched the girl make her way out of the school effortlessly.

"What the heck?"
