Chapter 16 A lot of candidates grumbled when they were told the interview had been cancelled. They wanted to be Salvatore's secretary so it came as a blow to them when they heard a candidate had been chosen already. The guard had to force them to leave, chasing them out of the company before they created a ruckus. Once the hall was cleared, all activities on the first floor went back to normal and everyone went back to their position. . Isabella paced to and fro in the small space of her office.
