He retraced his steps inside the bedroom and then he noticed the list of activities that were written on a scented paper. Marcus read that dinner would be served at eight o’clock and the theme was still Japanese. It was also specified in the list where they could get their costumes for the themed dinner. Daniella believed that the geisha costume would suit her better than Lilian. “What if we’ll exchange our costumes for the picture-taking later?” She offered. “Does it mean that my costume is better than yours?” Lilian refused to exchange costumes with Daniella. “Common, let’s go.” She said as the picture taking would start in a minute. When they arrived at the Zen garden, everyone was already gathered around the made-up stage that has Japanese art as the background. The picture-taking started earlier than planned. “I need your help, Lil.” Daniella was glad when she found Lilian. “Why, what’s wrong?” Lilian was having fun with Paloma’s hairdresser when Daniella found her. Jessie was gay but he chose to wear the ninja costume for dinner. “Marcus is here, why didn’t you tell me that he was invited?” She confronted Lilian about the guest list. In the morning, Paloma reminded Lilian to personally inform her VIP guest about the venue for breakfast. Lilian agreed and as early as six in the morning, she was outside the guestroom that Ortega was using and ready to knock. She knocked several times before she heard that someone was coming to open it for her. “Good morning Mister-” Lilian was speechless upon seeing the man who opened the door. When Marcus arrived at the beach and still wearing the ninja costume, she was relieved. Since she woke up, she was anxious that the man would do something unfavorable to her. Marcus followed Daniella and he found out that there was a connecting door behind the wardrobe that connected her bedroom and their daughter’s playroom. It was a brilliant idea to have their daughter’s playroom close to her. The playroom had a coffee table, probably for the supervising adults, and he saw Daniella sitting in one of the chairs. “So you lied about my death?” He asked as soon as he was seated opposite her. They were both adults and mature enough to settle things out on their own.
