Chapter 29: Continued Fierce Struggle

Sira was completely lost for words after hearing Damian's confession. She really didn't expect that the billionaire would choose to wait for her instead of being pushy like before.

“Are you really Damian?” Sira wondered as Damian turned around and left for the kitchen.

Sira sat down in a place leaning against the wall, she still did not understand how Damian, someone so powerful, could want her who came from a lowly person and was even discarded by the family. Sira quickly shook her head strongly, she denied any possibility that could happen between her and Damian.

“Lord, is this trial or fortune. Why did you bring Damian to my side, or is this just a game? What if I'm the one trapped in an unrequited love,” Sira muttered, looking up at the ceiling of her room. She was really confused by Damian's erratic behavior.

Sira repeatedly exhaled a rough breath, trying to accept and digest everything Damian had said. But Sira found no lies in the man's eyes. She didn't want to believe it eithe
