Chapter 1-Call The Police Or Settle Out Of Court, You Choose

Xia Yu was holding a cardboard box as she listlessly stood in front of the company's entrance. Lifting her head, the intense light pierced over. She closed her eyes subconsciously, and opened eyes later again.

The new CEO, Shen Mo, was a madman. He fired all of the female secretaries in the CEO's office before he even arrived.

She called her boyfriend to complain. When the man heard that she had been fired, he scolded her for being an idiot and warned her not to call him again. They parted just like that.

Within a day, she had experienced unemployment and lovelorn affairs, this was all thanks to her bad luck!

Xia Yu kicked the door of the car aside. If she didn't vent now, she would collapse.

"Bang!" A loud sound was heard.

She turned around and saw a man.

He stressed the last word, “Yu.”

"Liu Sijie, it's me!" The man called his assistant. "Is there a secretary named Xia Yu in the CEO's secretariat?"

This man was the second young master of the Shen family, Shen Yan. He looked at Xia Yu's business card and smiled.
