Jill’s POVWe had only just arrived in the house when Chad got a mind-link from James asking him to talk in private. I was hoping to tempt him in to joining me in the spa, but we had plenty of time for that. I ran upstairs and started to put on my bikini. Steve’s POVIt was nice to relax and do something normal without feeling like I had to be careful. Chad seemed to finally relax into the game as well. I hate keeping things from him, I didn’t want to ruin our friendship over this. Now I had faith that everything would work out and our friendship would survive. When James arrived home, I watched his reaction as Megan dragged him upstairs. I also noticed his backpack and that it looked like he had something large and heavy in there like an old book.
