James’s POV Continued

As soon as I walked through the door, Megan grabbed me and dragged him upstairs. As soon as we made it to our room, She shut the door and sat me on the bed “So we had a development while you were away”

“What happened?”

“Chad started looking into the Supreme wolf. So, Steve came and spoke to Jill and I. He thinks that we all should keep this between us and try to steer Chad away from looking into it. He thinks that if Chad knows about Jill, he will try to protect her and cause her to not develop her full powers”

“Well, I grabbed this” I pulled out the book from my backpack and handed it to her “We might need to do some reading after dinner”

“This will help us to make sure that Steve and Victoria are telling us the truth. The question is though, do we allow Jill to look at the book as well?”

“I think that we should have a look though it first. If we then decide that Jill should know we will tell her. I am also going to tell Chad if I feel like he should know”
