It was nice to relax and do something normal without feeling like I had to be careful. Chad seemed to finally relax into the game as well. I hate keeping things from him, I didn’t want to ruin our friendship over this. Now I had faith that everything would work out and our friendship would survive. When James arrived home, I watched his reaction as Megan dragged him upstairs. I also noticed his backpack and that it looked like he had something large and heavy in there like an old book. So that was why he went back to the pack. I wonder if he told his brother why he wanted the book. I was good friends with Todd. I know that he is a fan of the legendary wolves. He will have been the one to get the book for James. I was surprised when they came back downstairs after only a few minutes.
