AMBER

“You have until tomorrow to make that decision, so until then keep your head straight on to our main focus!!” my father said yelling the daylight out of me.

“This is so unfair” I yelled knowing the outcome of my actions but didn't mind.

“You will do as I say or have your head chopped off and fed to the hyenas,” my father said, holding on to my face so hard as he stared into the eyes.

I immediately swallowed up the bile rising in my throat as I begged him to let go.

“Do you understand?” he asked tightening his grip on my face, before letting it go.

“Yes,” I stuttered with a slow head nod.

I staggered the minute he took off his grip on my face.

I couldn't fight back the tears that were welled up in my eyes.

I had myself curled up on the floor as I cried my eyes out.

I never wished for such a life.

But yet, the moon goddess chose to give me this.

And now I'm left with no choice but to endure.

My Father Alpha Ragen, had lost his mate my mother in a rogue attack just when I was three.

And ever since then, had poured his passion into strengthening his pack to never allow that to repeat itself.

But unfortunately, the only daughter he had which happened to me turned out to be a weak wolf.

An Omega…

He had gotten extremely angry the day he found out about me being a weak wolf.

As he feared my fate had been sealed like that of my mother's.

He had always believed Omega were meant to be slaves and not rulers.

Why they were never taken up in battlefronts, because they were completely weak and defenseless.

So how was it that I was to take over the pack, defending them against their rivalry pack?

And now Life, being the only daughter to the Alpha of the Wolfbane pack hasn't always been easy on my end.

As it comes with expectations from the members of the pack and my ruthless father that I was to obey every command from my Dad.

Even an order that stated I was to be mated to someone, whose scent I couldn't get the minute he stepped into our chambers.

Not that I was not yet of age, but he wasn't my mate.

My wolf never yelled when he walked in.

**********************

I had my eyes closed thinking about what he would do to me realizing I was an Omega who happened to be his forged mate.

The Mate bonding ceremony was In two days, as I feared being made to spend the rest of my life with someone my wolf never craved for.

Instead it growled the first night our eyes met.

The words of my father soon resurfaced in my head as it made me feel so helpless not having anyone to confide in.

I wanted a mate not someone I was forced to love.

And well I over heard from my father with his elders few nights before, that the betterment of the pack was all he cared about at this point.

So In order to save the pack from doom of it's rivalry pack, he had to forge my mate with Reece, the promising and strongest alpha wolf in the pack and made him his successor.

And of all he could think, was making him his successor.

For the fact that my wolf growled the minute I saw him, he was up to no good being here in our pack.

And I was so certain about that because my wolf never lies.

I stared at my reflection in the mirror the minute I caught a glimpse of it.

As I wished for the mood goddess to take it all back.

I sat by the window watching as the clouds went by.

I watched curiously as to where they are going, and wished I could be just like them.

Free to be amongst the stars.

Unlike me being an Omega in my pack.

****************

“Amber!!!” I was awakened by the loud bang that came from my dad.

“Amber!!!” I froze the minute I realized who it was calling.

My father, Alpha Reagan.

Oh shit!!! I yelled staring at the clock realizing I was running late for my own pre mating ceremony.

It was a tradition to have both families come together before nightfall in bringing their mated kids together for better recognition before the ceremony.

I got off the bed in a hurry.

And luckily for me, my father had it all prepared.

My dress, hair do.

Making me look perfect for Alpha Reecca, someone who I despised and was never going to fall in love with.

I got out seeing the elders of our pack as they all stared at me walking in.

I saw the look in his eyes like he had won a trophy, seeing me.

I wanted to look him straight in the eyes letting him know he wasn't my match.

I saw how much of love he had for power by just staring at his eyes.

He was nothing compared to what my wolf would want.

Soon afterward the ceremony came to an end as we were all dismissed.

I quickly went off to my room not wanting anymore stare from him.

The main ceremony was to be done by nightfall when the final moon comes out.

It was a night meant for me to be happy.

But this particular ceremony was one I considered a torture from my father.

And was even worse than all the abuse I had gotten from him for being a weak wolf.

This wasn't the life I craved for, but the life I was now confirmed to live.

I stared down the open field which they had prepared for the mating ceremony, when I heard my father's voice from behind me.

“Don't even think about trying anything stupid!!” he yelled holding on to my wrist.

“Ouch!!!” I cried out…

AMBER Well, it turns out there couldn't be any great news other than the one of my forged mate and me. Which had gone off to other packs as they joined in the celebration as well. My father, as the Alpha of a growing pack, believed it was very important to maintain a cordial relationship with the neighboring packs. That way, we can get to keep them as allies and take good advantage of them, as my father would always say. The next thing I knew I was handed over to my newly mated Alpha Reeca. I suddenly wondered why he had our rooms separated. I was given a room next to his. And was somewhat glad about that anyway. I knew I shouldn't be lurking around the hallway at an uneven hour. But I was having what I would call a long night without a beauty sleep. As I thought about taking a stroll to ease myself off the stress of what I was conformed to. I got into the hallway and I walked majestically like a princess that I wasn't and have never been. Although at that point, I felt l

AMBER “What did you just say?” My father asked. I jerked the minute I heard him ask, as I saw the surprised look on the faces of the elders that sat around him. “Dear child, do you mind repeating what you had just said a while ago?” One of the elders asked. I was suddenly short on words as I contemplated whether or not to repeat what I had just said. I looked into the eyes of my father as I saw the anger and rage he had. And it was looking like he was going to pounce on me any moment from now if I don’t start talking. I suddenly wondered if it was a good idea to come over to my dad’s and have him informed. As it was seeming like I had made a bad choice coming. “I…I said,” I stuttered, still not being able to find the right words to finally utter to them. “Reeca happens to be teaming up with other rivalry packs to have them take over our pack” I voiced out as I rushed my words hoping they wouldn't ask for me to repeat myself. And the next thing I knew, my father burst into lo

AMBER I had my hand to my mouth the minute I sensed he heard the sound from a broken branch. I felt my heart beating so fast the moment I realized he wasn’t alone. And it wasn’t long before a bunch of male wolves joined him as well. The Border to another territory… I guess they had heard the sound about a while ago. I had gotten into another territory filled with male wolves who seemed like they were ever-ready to take down any trespassers. I held my breath for a minute, hoping none of them had the power to sense a she-wolf from her heartbeat. I crawled to the nearest tree which had lots and lots of shrubs. And as soon I had myself hidden, I had my head raised trying to see if they had given up finding me. But instead, they tripled. I stayed as quiet as possible, hoping not to be found as I couldn’t tell my fate with these men by just having to see them here. As I felt too exhausted from holding my breath, I exhaled. And then, one of them had gotten the sound of the beat o

RAZEI'm standing on my balcony with a glass of tequila, overseeing my men that are training in the front yard of our pack house. The crescent moon shines its gleam on them, giving a little soul to their fights. It's midnight, and though they should be asleep, they aren't. We've got a daily routine of training at midnight, and we always stick to it. I can't let them slack off on their training. We've got a reputation to keep – as the most feral and dominating pack in the werewolf kingdom. Slacking off will only make us weaker and less dreaded. That's something we can never allow to happen.I watch them with half-assed interest because my thoughts were running wild. One of my Gammas yells out instructions to a couple of my men who are sparring in their wolf forms. It was initially my Beta, Zane, who was giving out those instructions. But an hour ago, he got an integer alarm from our patrols at the border. He ran off to go check it out and has yet to return. He's yet to mind-link me

AMBER“Beautiful…”That word is one no one has ever directed at me. The most I get is plain even when no has ever called me ugly to my face. It is the very first time I will hear such a word said to me and from the most unexpected person.I stare blankly at the wickedly handsome man in front of me with the softest gray eyes I have ever seen. His eyes seem mesmerized by something and I have a hard time believing I am the one responsible for making the eyes of the most feared Alpha grow so soft.Alpha Raze Von Miller is everything like he has been described.Devilishly handsome and just when I thought the men I met back at the borders are the biggest I have ever seen, they are nothing compared to the man in front of me who could pass for a giant.I don’t have to feel his body, to touch him to know how strong and hard every muscle of his body is. It’s right there in front of me, stretching the T-shirt he had on even when it looks like the perfect fit. This man in front of me has killed h

RAZENothing has fascinated me in a long time. Nothing has stirred a different feeling in my chest other than to destroy, conquer and make my name a prayer on the lips of everyone who is a victim of my power. All that has changed in just a few minutes of meeting a battered girl with beautiful Amber eyes who has somehow stumbled into my pack and looks lost like a puppy. Of all the things that did it for me, it’s an Omega like her and from one of the packs that I have overlooked when the Alpha constantly asked to be allies with the night walkers pack. Alpha Regan is a popular name amongst packs and even when I fail to relate with other packs so well, I make it a mission to investigate everything about them to decide if they would be a threat to my rule or my pack and eliminate them before they become too strong to cause me trouble. The Wolfsbane pack is quite an impressive pack and many times, its Alpha has reached out to me by sending letters that sometimes never even get to me bec

AMBER. I still find it unbelievable that I came face to face with Alpha Raze of the night walkers pack and walked out of his dungeon alive and unharmed except for the bruises his men already left on me before they dragged me with them down to the dungeon. But what is more shocking and unbelievable is how he carried me in his arms like I weighed nothing. How he carried me in his arms like I wasn’t a trespasser in his pack.It was the very first time I would be treated with such tenderness. First time I would be looked upon with eyes that didn’t hold malice or promise of how they would make me suffer. It was the first time any man would make me feel like I was worth more than being a worthless Omega.I had clung to him like my life depended on it. Buried my head into his chest like it was where I was meant to be. I didn’t know why I did it. It was just as if my body knew what to do, instinctively leaning into the man who is supposed to be a walking danger sign. Maybe it was the fact t

RAZE“Come, sit.” I beckon to the girl I have been waiting for for so long now in the dining hall of my private home. Her Amber eyes dart across the room, uncertainty dancing inside of them. I watch as she grips the ends of the dress she is wearing tightly, enough to make her knuckles turn ash white against the red material. I want to stand and go to her myself, bring her to sit with me but I know better. She is terrified. It is still there in her eyes and I’m afraid I’d scare her even more as I remember how she flinches at my touch. This is a new one. This feeling of wanting someone to feel something else other than fear for me but it is something expected of an Omega. Submission and fear is a part of them. It is why Alpha Males like me are drawn to them like a moth to a flame. Just like I am now. I am freaking drawn to everything about the omega in front of me. Being battered and covered in bruises earlier didn’t make her any less attractive but now that she’s dressed in the re
