Now that he was gone, I felt even more stupid for asking such a silly question. What was that uneasiness and longing to know the owner about?

Was it jealousy? It sure can't be. I know my wolf to be the wildest, possessive, and jealous beast, but it barely knows Alpha Damon to get so out of control.

Then what was that fuss about?

I sighed and tried to shove the unanswered question into my subconscious and go about the activities of the day.

To be honest, the room was exquisite. It was spacious and well-furnished. It had a couch at the side of the bed, an air conditioner just above it, and then a bedside fridge by the side.

There was an artifact made of bronze on the bedside table, a sculpted wild wolf, and then a pretty large portrait that painted the sunset landscape.

The bed is king-sized, large, and well-laid. I walked to the extreme and opened a door by the left. It opened to a pretty bathroom, with a bathtub made of glossy black tile, a shower just above it, and a toil
