Chapter one hundred and thirty-five

Since I was in my last month of pregnancy, I rarely went out. Me and Matthew were planning to keep me in the hospital a week before the date the doctor expected me to give birth. Before that time I would just stay home and rest and not go anywhere. We were both first time parents so we were very nervous. Matthew did a lot of research before deciding to let me give birth at the largest hospital in the city, which was also a Brown group hospital. I would get the best care from a team of talented and experienced doctors there.

Giving birth was a woman's sacred duty and at the same time, it was extremely dangerous so Matthew was very worried, so we both carefully prepared everything we could. He invited the best doctor in the country to help me give birth.

Together we decided I would have a natural baby, this decision was made in consultation with the doctor. A baby born naturally was healthier than a baby born by cesarean section. We hoped our baby would be healthy and have the best.
