"please you need to excuse us." Dr. Bart ordered immediately he entered the room, accompanied by two nurses, who set the fluid stand, and tried to take charge of the situation.

Alden's heart thumped violently against his chest as he watched his mate lying on the bed. His head spun; his feet were rooted to the ground, his muscles limp as he watched Dr. Bart insert a needle into her arm.

Oh my goodness, please do not allow anything to happen to her! He prayed earnestly.

Dr. Bart snuck a glance at him and saw that he watched on helplessly. He felt pity and returned to his duty. " Hold her still." He instructed the nurse standing behind him.

He stuck another liquid into her arm, and Cisca thrashed and jerked violently from the bed. " Hold her still."

Alden snapped out of his frozen state and rushed to the bed. " What are you doing to her?!" He demanded, growling afterward.

" I'm saving her." Dr. Bart replied and withdrew a jelly liquid into his syringe before plunging it into her arm.
