SEBASTIAN'S POV.

As she moved away from me, I tried to reach out to her, to comfort her, but she screamed and pushed me away. She called me a devil, along with my father, before running out of the room. I was left there, confused and wondering how she knew my father.

I had never mentioned him to her before, and the only people who knew about him were my close family members. So how did she know about him? And why did she accuse him of being a devil? Was there some connection between them that I was unaware of?

As I sat on the bed, lost in thought, I couldn't help but feel a twinge of unease in my stomach. Hailee's behavior had been erratic lately, and it seemed like there was a lot she was keeping from me. I had been trying to be patient with her, but it was becoming increasingly difficult.
